Download of Program & Test Spectra

# Installation Hints:
- Spekwin32 works within Win95/ 98/ ME and WinNT/ 2000/ XP/ Vista/ 7. Requires about 3MB disk space.
- The downloaded file will install the full english version, including the HTML manual, the german version is available here.
- Windows Vista/ 7 important hint: please make sure to install with administrator permissions (that is, right click on spekwin32_install_en.exe and choose "Run as Administrator" from the right click menu. Screenshot here).
- Windows 7( 64bit): Spekwin32 is fully functional on the 64bit version of Windows 7.

- LINUX: The current version works with LINUX in a wine environment (tested with wine 0.9.20 by Thomas Mitterfellner, tested with wine 1.2 by Daniel Mader).

- MacOS: The current version has been successfully tested by Cristina Rodríguez Rodríguez from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona with MacOS inside VirtualBox, an open source software provided by Sun Microsystems, Inc.

Permanent commercial use of Spekwin32 is not authorized without agreement or ordering. In fact, it is not even legal to do so. After an appropriate trial period, you will have to purchase a one-time licence. This licence entitles you to get free updates forever and free basic mail support. A single licence is valid for either a single user on several computers or several persons on a single computer, but not for several persons on several computers.
